can i bring friends and family to the park?
Of course, friends and family are welcome to use your caravan holiday home here on the park. They can stay in your caravan or rent Ty Bach cottage if you don't have enough space (your caravan is designed for a maximum number of people and so can legally only sleep as many as there are beds for). We don't allow subletting here at Warren Parc or for groups of teenagers to stay in your caravan alone.
can i rent out my Caravan?
All the caravans here at Warren Parc are privately owned holiday homes (we don't have hire fleet) and so to maintain a quiet and more peaceful environment we don't allow subletting, but friends and family are welcome to use your caravan. We have a holiday cottage (Ty Bach) we let out if you don't have enough room in your caravan for guests.

The caravan park is open from the 1st March until 1st November. The chalet park remains open over Christmas and New year for an extended season until 16th January, and just closes for 6 weeks.
do I need a licence for my holiday home?
Any reputable caravan park should issue you with a licence to keep your caravan on the park. We will be happy to explain this to you and give you a copy to take away and read through at your leisure before you purchase your holiday home.
how do i prepare my holiday home for winter?
We send out a letter to all our owners in the autumn explaining how to prepare your caravan for winter. We can provide a drain down service and reconnect ready for your return in the spring if you'd like us to do this for you.
how close are the local shops?
Machynlleth is less than two miles from Warren Parc. There's a good level footpath and cycle path from the village of Penegoes into town, so many of our customers enjoy walking/cycling into town.
Larger stores, theatres, cinemas etc are available 20 miles away in the university town of Aberystwyth (approx half an hours journey by car, bus or train). We also have a little honesty shop on site selling snacks, drinks (including hot drinks) and some essentials

how do i choose my new holiday home?
It's important to think about how you want to use your holiday home, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, facilities etc you need, and where you'd like it to be. Choosing the right park for you is really important, and every park is different, so take some time to view and choose you park, ideally before you decide on your holiday home itself. We are happy to advise or answer any questions you have on the phone, by email or when you call in. We can direct you to local caravan dealers or show you around our park, view pitches and any used holiday homes we may have for sale ready sited on the park. Just get in touch to make an appointment (that’s convenient for you) to view the park and discuss your individual needs.
